Warranty Guide

Limited Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All components are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

If a defect in craftsmanship is identified we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Workmanship issues resulting from production
  • Structural or functional failures under normal, intended use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Crash damage or impact-related failures

Specifically excluded wear items include:

  • Bearings that have not been regularly serviced or maintained
  • Pulley wheel material and associated wear surfaces

Maintenance Requirement

Certain components—especially bearings—require routine maintenance to ensure proper performance and longevity. Failure to perform regular service will void warranty coverage on those parts.  See Service Guide page for recommended maintenance schedules

Warranty Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Submit a description of the issue along with photos or video (if applicable)
  3. Return the product if requested for inspection

All claims are subject to evaluation to determine eligibility.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. We are not responsible for:

  • Labor costs related to installation or removal
  • Damage to other components
  • Any indirect or incidental damages
